Sr. Social Strategist
Matt Maniquis

Matt is the Swiss Army Knife in Milli’s creative toolbox, or rather, a Filipino Balison, that brings experience from past marketing work with clients like ASICS, Microsoft, and Footlocker. Specializing in communications and production, he covers additional bases as needed, assisting with design and strategy efforts. His eye disease trained his brain to notice patterns, trends, and even the smallest of differences across digital and physical mediums, and he uses this precision to bring a fresh perspective to both Mlili’s clients and the future of the creative industry at large.

Manda Thomas

Manda loves using her words. She’s worked on projects across industries—from tech to healthcare—writing for digital marketing campaigns, rebrands, a podcast, and more. Whether it’s a quick headline or a long-form blog, Manda brings her cultivated copyediting, her sense of human truths, and her love of the Oxford comma (if brand guidelines allow). Her favorite word is flabbergasted.
